Lovely stay at Almada Guesthouse! The host was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location great. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Almada guest house. We had a very late check in due to our flight being delayed and the caretaker was super accommodating and welcomed us at the best. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beautiful historical building, very well presented. Heaps of blankets, towels and even a beautiful balcony. 10/10 for the location, extremely central.
I loved this guesthouse. It was charming and traditional. The bedroom was charming. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a beautiful balcony bathroom is old but it does the job and it was always clean and in perfect condition. The housekeeper doesn't speak any English but she was very patient with my attempts to use the little Galician I know to communicate (galician and Portuguese are very very very similar languages) I recommend 100% it's by no means a luxury guesthouse but it has its charms. Absolutely ignore the bad reviews and stay here!
Pricwy for the facilities and service. Location is very good and walking distance everywhere though youf way bavk will likely imply climb... We could have done with a kettle... A fridge would have been appreciated as no breakfast is served. Rooms look and feel musty and outmoded...
Lovely traditional house in the very center of Porto, near many cafes and restaurants. The staff is super friendly, the bed was cozy. What i loved was, that even the house is very central, it was yet in a pretty quiet street!
