One star for the room because it was large, spacious and clean. One star for location and one star for friendly porters who helped with the luggage. The service was otherwise horrible. Staff behind reception were rude. We asked for two spoons to stir our coffee and they said they would charge us 4 euros. Usually every hotel provides you with spoons. Overall an off putting experience and not worth the hassle. Almost every hotel I’ve stayed at provides either milk or milk sachets. But when we asked for milk at this hotel, they said they would charge us at the full breakfast price, even if we did not eat the breakfast. The hotel staff/ management lack logic, courtesy, manners and hospitality. Would strongly recommend booking various other hospitable hotels in Porto.
Comfy stay. Super clean rooms and nice ambience. Very hospitable and nice service by staff. Great breakfast menu and spread. Very close to Trindade metro station. Highly recommend staying in this place!
The Bar is so pretty with a good view, but please change the personal They don’t have ethic of communication with customers The cocktail was awful, we asked for cancel and the barmen started to explain how need to prepare this cocktail ) and brought another one but we asked not for this And at the end we saw this cocktail in the bill And barmen was so arrogant because of our request to delete this So please , pay attention to the service
We enjoyed an enjoyable meal with excellent service in their rooftop restaurant. The outside terrace itself was less windy than our bedroom in the Yotel Porto, which was like trying to sleep in a wind tunnel. Anyway, menu heavily focused on local/regional cuisine, beautifully presented, although you're paying a premium for the privilege & the panoramic views. Good wine list too, enough choice without being extensive or over the top. Would recommend for a special occasion.
The room was big and had everything you needed. The possibility of making coffee in the room was good. location normal, attractions within walking distance
