We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very satisfied. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the city, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated the breakfast: not an excessive selection, but everything was fresh and of good quality, which we value more than quantity. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast room. We also had a small mishap after check-out, having accidentally left our car keys in the room safe, and the staff was very supportive and efficient in helping us locate and recover them. We truly appreciated their professionalism and assistance. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Pão de Açúcar Hotel in Porto. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Double Room with a Balcony, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city. The price was excellent for a 3-night stay, especially considering that breakfast was included. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day before heading out. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore Porto on foot and reach major attractions. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Porto.
Great location at the very center of Porto. Staff are super friendly and nice. Jordi at front desk is exceptional. Filip is a manager who can take care of any concern in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a great stay in Porto.
A very pleasant, interesting hotel, close to the city center, with tasty breakfasts. Quiet, affordable, clean. Everything in this place is recommendable. But the most important thing is how wonderful the service is there: friendly, competent, helpful people, especially the reception staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
Loved our stay! The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the vintage toys and gadgets scattered all over the hotel make it delightfully unique. Breakfast is delicious!
