I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of Porto. Nearly all major attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a short 10-minute walk, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to offer great recommendations and ensure a smooth stay. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained it was each time I returned. Overall, this hotel offers both comfort and convenience, making it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Porto. I would definitely stay here again!

1. Cleaners move beds. It make’s very loud dragging noise. They wake me up every day. Impossible to sleep. 2. Pre-paid for breakfast 14 days. Hotel refused refund. I visited only 3 breakfasts out of 14. 3. Breakfast is okay but if you come at 10am half of the dishes are gone. 4. The close front doors at night. You have to wake up someone to let you in. There is a card that supposed to open the door but it doesn’t work. 5. Room is very small. It is impossible to work if you bring a laptop. Table is way too small. 6. Wifi speed is 2mbit/sec both download and upload. Very poor connection that breaks up. You have to relogin every time. Moving furniture is by far the dumbest thing they do. They have signs in the corridor to be quiet but make so much noise themselves. You wake up like from gun shots. Forget about sleep and rest. I would not come back mostly due to noise.

I highly recommend staying at Legendary Porto Hotel. It is a great location, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and most importantly the staff is incredible helpful and attentive. Before leaving Portugal, I shipped internationally some wine and other items that I purchased in Porto to my home country. Unfortunately there was an error during shipping and my package was not able to leave Portugal. The staff at Legendary Porto helped me out immensely to make sure that my package was accounted for and properly resent to me. They went above and beyond to ensure that my package arrived safely. Words cannot express how gracious I am for what they did. If you’re planning on traveling to Portugal, add Porto to your itinerary to enjoy a beautiful and culturally rich city, and stay at Legendary Porto to stay at a wonderful hotel run by an amazing staff.

Location is good, right on the edge of the old town, couple of minutes to the Luis Bridge or about 10-12 to the main bars and restaurants area. Room spacious enough, seems clean. Staff is nice, checkin was a little bit long but still OK. Breakfast is fabulous, self made orange juice, bacon, eggs, some sweets, fresh and really good fruits. Coffee - excellent. Two biggest problems are lifts - old, small and slow. We had the room on 6th floor, down we decided to walk, the wait was just too long. Second - there are no fridges in the rooms, you can leave staff downstairs, but it is cumbersome. Our AC unit begged for maintenance and the shower head was quite wobbly, never staying where you wanted it.

I have never stayed at a location where being able to get into the shower was an issue (see picture below). To be able to get in you have to slide in sideways and once the door is closed there is no way to really move around. Contacted the front desk and their only solution was to offer an even smaller room, just enough for a small bed, to a slightly bigger shower. When booking never ask for a single room unless you are looking for accommodations that are built for teenagers.
