Had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and beautifully designed. The bed was soft and comfortable. Amazing location too — would definitely stay again!
Great location for a quick night or 2 , crowd at night near the bars can get very noisy at night. Otherwise great easy room with essentials and a lot of variety in the nearby areas.
Stay FAR Away – Worst Hotel Experience of My Life If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and should not even be allowed to operate. From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made a huge mistake. There was no WiFi, no working AC, and the bathroom was filthy and falling apart. I was stuck on the fifth floor with a young child in a room that felt like a sauna. No TV, no airflow, no concern from management — just complete indifference to our suffering. The only saving grace was the kind-hearted housekeepers, who literally removed the window locks so my child wouldn’t overheat. Imagine relying on housekeeping to survive a hotel stay — that’s how bad it was. I’ve been traveling through Portugal for nearly a month and have had beautiful experiences… until this hotel, which made me want to run straight back to the States. It was THAT bad. The photos are misleading. The amenities are nonexistent. And the customer service? Nonexistent. Disgusting, unprofessional, and completely inhumane. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. This place should be shut down.
Do not be fooled from the pictures and service. The entrance is always crowded with people from the bars around. You will hear noise from the bar under the hotel. The place is not described rightly and correctly. I booked 3 nights, and seems to be there are no hot water in the shower and only frozen cold. They automatically offered 50 % discount which they haven't refunded completely. They give me the responsibility to reach out Expedia (which have no mail contact for refund) . Just stay away. Porto deserve a better place to stay to enjoy the city..
