You can’t beat location it’s central Porto. Our room was nice and quiet , bed was comfy , we had a balcony with views of the city. Whereas the bathroom probably could do with a bit of renovation, everything was working fine. We need to be realistic, when we pay 50 pounds for a room in central Porto , near to all amenities , we can’t expect a 5 star hotel. We loved our time here. Communication was also very good.

Central location, reception infrequently manned. Note on counter of your room number. Walls made of gigantic stones, no lift, stairs not for faint hearted. Can’t tell you about breakfast because there was never anyone on desk to take booking. Room atmospheric, huge stone walls and wooden floor, French windows to balcony. Overall we enjoyed it but you need to be able to climb stairs

Ofcourse great location! I like the ambiance too including the stairs. Wifi was slow and doesn’t reach all locations. The staff who met us were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good and towels absorbent. Main problem is the musty smell of the room they should open the window for a long time. Then the bed sheets and pillow cases are terrible!! They didn’t seem to be washed at all. Horrible. The pillows too are soooo thin they should be replaced! Small investment for the owner that can make a big difference. Attention to the floor should also be given as the cleanliness is not so good. Breakfast area is nice and spacious

The receptionist was great. He could speak English and he helped us a lot to improve our tourist experience in Porto. The room was good and clean. There was no buffet breakfast but there was plenty of food. The location was just perfect downtown but windows had double glasses so we could sleep tight. Really recommended !

if you are someone who loves partying. just close your eyes and go for this place. it's right next to all the pubs and restaurants. it's a great location for our girls trip
