We stayed one night at this centrally located hostel in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out experiences smooth. Breakfast was available for €5, which was a fair price considering the variety of both sweet and salty options. However, the condition of the rooms and their furnishings was disappointing. The mattresses were in poor shape, feeling overly soft and lacking elasticity, as if they hadn’t been replaced in quite some time. In our dormitory, of the four beds, one had a curtain, while another seemed to be broken and was missing its curtain. The upper beds had no curtains at all. Additionally, the windows were covered with film, obstructing our view outside. Lastly, the isolation is poor and the noise of the street can be heard from the rooms easily. The cleanliness of the toilets and bathroom was also an issue; one shower curtain was on the floor in the evening and remained there the next morning. Overall, we felt that the hostel offered poor value for money, and we won’t be returning.
great location in Porto, the atmosphere of the hostel was great too. everyone was super welcoming and friendly, the staff always had a smile on their face and there were lots of activities available to take part in too. the rooms were clean and well-maintained and it was a great night's sleep! thank you for such a great stay
Had a great stay during our visit. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms/showers were good. Very nice inside and outdoor seating in the common room. Only downside for this place is the €5 breakfast they serve is not very good, it didn’t seem like they stored anything in the fridge and it had been left out most of the morning.
Clearly a party hostel with the free shot and 10pm and daily pub crawl (subject to having 4 to 5 people) Large buffet breakfast is offered including eggs, mushrooms, self made waffles and toasties for €5 Was there in low season, so it was quieter than normal. The showers and taps have a push button for water that I wished ran for longer Great staff all employees, a different model to other party hostels
I had an amazing stay here in February 2025. The location was in a central spot, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were great and accommodating. I could not recommend more!
