Porto Spot Hostel

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The dorms are spacious! No curtains and the showers are outside the rooms. Breakfast at 7:30 til 10;30! They have a luggage room if you want to drop off your things before check in.

Big thanks to "Jorge" for his positive langage, I'm not sure what is his status in the hostel but Waw, waw, waw, when you says "waw" remember you are dealing with someone very professional, that's the customer service skills they teached me abroad.. I tried to cancel at the beginning for some very important reasons, he answered me with a beautiful smile and positivity, I ended up not cancelling but extending my stay twice, and leaving the hostel with tears like I'm leaving my family in porto. Yes I felt im protected around and not a visitor.. I traveled a lot in my life, do not thing it's my first travel experience, i came to this hostel leaving a 4 star hotel in porto due to the loneness feeling, I guarantee for you this hostel Is AMAZING. Thank you Thiago I hope I did write correctly your name , everytime I try to get access to the storage room he smile in my face, he is a hard working professional and "active" as well. Oh my god when I see him in the kitchen, I know every thing is going to be well, Thank you "Marcelo pequeno almoço" this respected person does a wonderful job in the kitchen, a wonderful , you feels like he likes his job he admire it, he works seriously from his heart, he makes sure there is replacement of milk or the butter ect when they run out all the time, he even serve you with utensils or something when he sees you trying to get them, he deserves to be promoted, his work catches my eyes in the kitchen, thank you so much.. It was above my expectations, it was more like a hotel. The staff was very professional. The rooms and other facilities were clean all the time. Very big kitchen. You can do your laundry for only 10€ (if I'm not mistaken, I think up to 8kg of clothes). That was a big plus for me.

This hostel truly has everything you could need! There's a peaceful kitchen and dining area, as well as a hall with comfortable sofas, tv, small open bar, washroom etc where you can relax if you arrive early, even before check-in. The hostel also offers a secure luggage room, unlike some places where they disclaim responsibility, and you can safely store your belongings both before check-in and after check-out for a few hours at no extra cost. The bathrooms are clean, with hot water that flows without needing to hold the tap (a rare convenience in some hostels). Free wifi, friendly staff, Plus, there's free breakfast included! This is by far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to others.

Very clean, beds are made daily and rooms cleaned. All common areas and bathrooms are cleaned and dusted daily. All staff are very polite, professional and will always greet you with a smile. This place is run like a hotel, far above the average hostel. Common areas are well designed for both meeting people, but also have many nooks if you want to work and have time by yourself. Breakfast is ample. Well located. Definite value for money and I would not hesitate to rebook in the future and recommend to friends.
