Situation by the train station is super convenient. Super comfy mattress and everything worked in the room.(Little hot for me) Towels changed everyday, friendly staff and good breakfast. I was surprised for the backery, usually is terrible in most buffets but is was nice and it have a nice variety to full fill many tastes. They included a welcome cup of Oporto wine.

The Hotel is very good, the room was comfortable, but the front desk agent lack out of social skills to deal with guests. She has a serious demeanor and she did not engaged in conversation. Sometimes tourists need to ask questions about the area in general and her response was silence not good.
We loved the breakfast and Eddie the bar tender, he is so fun, he made a difference in our stay. Bruno at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. THE ROOMS on the other hand, carpet was very stained, dusty and very tired room.
We have just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel. Great location, well located from the airport and city centre. Comfortable rooms, clean and spacious. Staff professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offers everything and the ladies who look after dining room are amazing. Great City , excellent mid range hotel.
