Spent two nights here before starting the Camino. Beautiful old town house in a great location, just a short walk from the Metro line. The rooms we had were excellent. Breakfast is served in a shared kitchen/dining area. Great coffee and selection of teas, the usual bread, croissants, meat and cheese. The hotel is not staffed 24 hours but a woman comes in early in the morning to sort breakfast. She was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
We had a very pleasant stay here! The room was very spacious, clean and cozy! One of the windowblinds would not stay down, leading an early morning rise, however that gave us more time to explore Porto! Also, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. We had a very nice chat! It really felt lime breakfast with your family at home. Only real downside was that there was no elevator. Which was fine for us as we could carry the suitcase ourselves, but please be aware of this. All in all, a great experience, would for sure recommend!
Huge, beautiful room, good curtains. Good location. Sadly no soundproofing, especially from room upstairs. Bed very hard. Basic breakfast. After 4pm, you get key from lockbox so be prepared to call. You can leave your luggage after you check out but it's just in the hallway, so accessible by other guests. Ours was fine though!
The guesthouse is located in the heart of Porto, and I highly recommend if you want to explore the city by foot, as it has all the historical landmarks nearby. The stuff was very friendly, we arrived after midnight and the receptionist was waiting for us, which was very nice. I find the rooms and the interior quite charming and tasteful. There is complementary breakfast, which was basic, but has everything you need for a good start in the day. The brioche croissants were very good. The lady working at the breakfast buffet was pleasant to talk to, and gave us some insider tips for the city. Also by check in we received some tips for restaurants, snacking and things to do. All in all, I can warmly recommend this stay.
Easy to find from the station, beautiful decor, clean premises, excellent location for all the sights , everything was within walking distance and public transport is really close for access elsewhere. Breakfast was really good too, had these delicious massive fresh pastries as well as yogurts, cereals fruits, bread and cheese and of course coffee! Hugo was very helpful, he gave us a map and some food/sight tips upon our arrival. Happy we stayed here :)
