Everytime a hostel makes a big deal with the generation of a payment receipt I give a bad punctuation. But this place cancelled my reservation without informing me nor booking.com about the situation. The check-in hour for them is 17 hrs so at that time I had to go to find a hostel after having made a reservation in advance. Remember a receipt is not an option, is a right of the customer, who may need it or not, but it's not the hostel to decide this.
The apartment is located in a good, quiet area, close to a supermarket, pharmacy and subway. The owner is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean.
No heating system, our room was freezing cold in November. No blow dryer is provided. No proper extra blankets are provided. I wouldn't stay again, especially in winter
A little far from the nightlife, unfortunately the price in Porto is high and the solution is quite expensive but still remains among the lowest in Porto. It is an apartment with a double bedroom and dormitories with bunk beds, a welcoming lounge and kitchen and two small bathrooms shared between guests. The double bedroom is very large and spacious. Comfortable pillows and mattress. Very good cleaning. Delightful and courteous landlady. Very welcoming.
Foi extremamente sensacional. Funcionários super educados, prontos para ajudar a qualquer momento. Quartos super limpos, tudo funcionando e o local é bem estratégico. Gostei bastante desse lugar
