I had a very good experience staying at this hostel overall. The service was genuinely great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. They were always willing to assist and made the stay feel comfortable and well-organized. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and considering the price, the value for money was excellent. Everything you would expect from a good hostel was there, and it honestly exceeded my expectations for this price range. There was, however, one unusual incident during the night. A guest was snoring very loudly, which escalated into a disturbance and eventually resulted in the police being called. While this was an unexpected situation, it was caused by an individual guest rather than the hostel itself. The staff handled the situation appropriately and did their best under the circumstances. Despite this one-off incident, I would still highly recommend this hostel. The overall atmosphere, service quality, and price-to-value ratio were excellent. If you are looking for an affordable place with kind staff and good facilities, this hostel is a solid choice.
Amazing beds! Slept so good. This is my type of Hostel, quiet and with respectful guests. Good breakfast and super friendly staff! Would comeback !
Such a nice little hostel in the middle of the city center. About 14-20 walk time to most of the attractions. Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. I slept very well too, Im glad is not a party hoste. I will be back here in the future, need to pet that cute cat again :)Obrigado!
Terrible, terrible, awful. A tourist trap. The breakfast is crap, for 6.90. The redhead only flirts with men🤷 Doing this at work is embarrassing 🤮. She's so disgusting. Noisy every time someone comes in. In short, the beds. No privacy. The reception is forcedly friendly. The cleanliness is reasonable. The price is good for a good hostel. The breakfast is bad. And that woman, look at her, ignore her. She doesn't honor women.
This is a fantastic hostel. A well organised place with helpful staff and was clean. The highlight was the garden which felt like a peaceful oasis in Porto city centre, I spent many hours on one of the many hammocks there and miss them dearly.
