It is a cute old hotel and the room we stayed in needs a bit of extra love soon. The breakfast is really good. Fantastic location! Note there is no coffee in the room we had, so check! We will go there again 🙂
Superb staff throughout the hotel but particularly the reception staff. Very welcoming, courteous and polite and very knowledgeable of their city and surrounding areas. Whilst the room was adequate it was a little small and dated but the bathroom was big bright and modern. Room was made up everyday and clean towels supplied. Breakfast was pretty limited choice wise but again adequate. One suggestion would be for hotel to invest in more cups and cutlery as they were constantly running out and waitresses were washing and putting out cups and cutlery as fast as they were being used. Overall I would say value for money. Absolutely fabulous location, less than a 5 minute walk from Trindade metro station and you can get a direct train to / from airport for less than €3.50 per adult and takes around 30 minutes. Also 10 minute walk from Sao Bento train station where you can get trains to numerous destinations. We did Braga for the day @€7.60 return and Aveiro for €8.20 return, both cities worth visiting if you have the time. We'll worth a stay.
The best hotel in Porto as location and as services.We booked our room with breakfast included and the breakfast is a lot as price because at 10 euro plus on room price for two people is veryyy good. If I went next time .I surely going to this hotel again🥰🥰
For me the staff and hotel location are tops. The reception staff were incredible and friendly. The breakfast was a good option with nice views at the top of the hotel. The room was fairly small and a bit dated but the lobby area had been refreshed. Everything was very clean. Location made sightseeing extremely walkable and easy to get too.
