I see the previous comments were related to the event space, so here's my review as a vacation rental: The loft is exactly as it appears in the pictures, very spacious and with a considerable height. You can park inside and have breakfast or dinner on the patio. It is right next to the road, which isn't as idyllic, but we already knew that. What we had no idea about (and here's my less positive assessment) is that the place is right next to a summer nightclub. It's perfect for having a drink there because the terrace is super nice, but for us it was awful. They closed every day at 6 a.m., the bass from the music was incredibly loud, and we could hear people shouting when they were leaving. The loft itself was fine, although it smelled strongly of damp, but if it weren't for the nightclub, I wouldn't even be writing this review. People would like to know what they're getting into, I think. If you're young and want the party right next door, perfect. For couples looking to relax, not so much. I'm sorry for the negative review, because David gave us excellent service and was very kind. But it wasn't what we expected. We loved the area, by the way. We'll be back.
Highly recommended place for any event. In our case, it was a birthday celebration. And it has absolutely everything you could need: tables, chairs, all kinds of utensils, pellet stove, disco lights, etc. Tastefully decorated and super clean. I recommend it 100%. P.S. The owner is super attentive and friendly, it's a real pleasure.
I celebrated my daughter's birthday a week ago and was delighted with the place and all the amenities it offers. I was also delighted with the service provided by Telmo, the property manager. 100% recommended, and we will definitely return.
Spacious venue, well located and very well equipped for parties and meetings. It has a stage that offers great entertainment and an outdoor area to enjoy. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday there and all the guests were delighted with the venue. Thank you, Telmo, for everything.
