This place feels more like a business, and less of a memorable/spiritual stay on your camino. Nothing special. Nonetheless, everything was clean, and I slept very well in the bed. It has everything a peregrino needs, and the location makes it easy to walk over to get groceries, dinner, etc. The shower was hot with strong water pressure. The washing machine works great. I appreciate the lockers as well to prevent bedbugs (although I wish more peregrinos used them…). The curtain rod did fall off my bunkbed while people were sleeping; the tape was not holding up. Scary noise lol! Also: As a note to peregrinos, please do not eat in your bed or put your backpack in the bed. This attracts bugs. The host put flyers about this, yet many pilgrims did not obey. It’s super important so we prevent bugs. :) Use the lockers provided to store your stuff!!
Bedbugs (chinches) in my bed. One extra star for the friendly lady. The hostel is actually very nice, but not clean. Dust, dirt and spiderwebs under the beds. Torn mattrace covers. Ideal place for bedbugs. In many other (sometimes much bigger!) albergues they lift all mattraces every day, clean and desinfect everything. Here they said they don't have time for that... and this is the result ;-( I appreciate they offered to refund and I went to a different place.
Very tidy and modern pilgrim rooms and beds with separate bathrooms for women and men. Decent bunkbeds. Our host was wholesome and the place is a few minutes walk away from the local parks. Great stuff.
Very clean. Great bathrooms (separate for men and women which is lovely if you want to change etc). Bunks are mixed and hostel was full. Many loudly snoring guests but that is not the fault of the hostel. Sockets and lights per bed with privacy curtains.
Comfy mattress, provided a clean sheet/fitted sheet, pillow, and privacy curtain on each bunk. Nice bathroom. Small but clean kitchen. Froiz Grocery store about 5-10 min away. Little balconies to dry clothes (they dried super fast).
