This was a bit of a last minute booking on a business trip to Vigo and was not totally sold due to only a 2 star rating. There was a strange problem with my business card for payment remotely. The hotel was fantastic though with Laura saying no problem just pay when I arrive. On arrival check in was easy and quick and Laura on reception was fantastic again. The hotel was and room was clean and appeared newly refurbished. It was quiet and comfortable. If I had one small comment it would be I wish that there was a kettle for coffee in the room. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vigo as it is close to the town centre and the Vialia shopping centre and other amenities.
Terrible experience. The food was not good at all, especially the breakfast expensiv for nothing . The staff were not respectful they left my girl waiting downstairs and did not allow her to come upstairs even for 5 minutes during the day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is expensive and doesn’t even include a proper breakfast. Very disappointing
Excellent location, only a few meters from the city's train and bus stations, as well as the city's main tourist attractions, everything by walking! The room is fantastic and extremely clean, with an exceptionally comfy bed and shower! The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is really pleasant and helpful, always eager to assist and answer any questions you may have!
So easy from the Vigo bus station. Great start to our Camino de Santiago!
Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let us store our bicycles in a safe room and leave our bags after check out too without any hesitation, just a smile
