One of the best accommodations I stayed at on the Camino de Santiago. Room was comfortable, everything was new and clean. In addition the shower pressure and heat was great. Most Spanish showers that I have utilized have left something to be desired. However, the bathroom here was excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atlántico in Vigo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed. A special thanks to Brais for his exceptional assistance with my appointments and for ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I had a great stay in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and efficient to help whenever I needed. The room was very beautiful and stylish. When I visit Vigo again I'll definitely try to stay with them again :)
If I could give this hotel 0 or minus I would. They are extremely suspicious, on a secure chat on booking.com and official emails via their account on booking.com with the legitimate TLS they sent me scam links asking for the full payment. They later sent me messages saying that these messages were scam messages and kept using the wrong name with me. After scamming me, they didn't let me cancel. Something is up with them, either their booking.com account is compromised or they have a staff member using the account to try to scam guests. They also didn't provide any support other than saying "it's unfortunate". Avoid this hotel at all costs - scammer alert and complete incompetence.
