We spent a week at NH Collection Vigo. It was a pleasant vacation. The front desk staff was very helpful with us. Paula, at the concierge desk was amazing recommending us perfect places to visit and amazing restaurants. Servers at coffee bar were very politely and were always offering coffee or drinks. I will recommend the hotel for great service, cleanliness and location. Thank you NH Collection for been part of our vacation.
Excellent facility in immaculate condition, fully restored building, great decoration taste, a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Very well located, close to restaurants and shops. I was truly impressed by this NH Collection. The downsize though, unfortunately, were the front desk employees which consistently showed with little care to questions and requests. And an unimpressed onsite restaurant.
Beautiful hotel, comfortable room. Paula at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and recommended other NH Collection hotels to us along our journey. Highly recommend this hotel.
A fantastic weekend staying at this wonderful hotel, cool design and even cooler people to welcome and take care of me during the stay. I´ll be coming back, as it´s a walk to the centre and at the same time super peaceful.
The hotel is well situated, in the heart of the city in a historic landmark. The room was wonderful, the staff helpful and friendly. A special word though for the breakfast, which had almost everything you could imagine, especially quite a selection of local specialities which I was delighted to try. I wish I could have stayed longer
