Excellent location next to the Vialia Bus Station, extremely clean and comfortable room, impecable bathroom. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. I totally recommend it.
I had challenges with my door not locking, but the staff were very helpful in assisting with this. But it was the next morning that the staff really stood out to me. The power went out in the middle of the night. When I went downstairs the next morning, I expected there wouldn’t be breakfast, but was delightfully surprised to see breakfast and coffee. Clearly the staff was doing all they could to provide a good start for our days (many of us were walking the Camino). I’ve never seen a staff provide such hospitable care, especially in circumstances outside of their control. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the amazing team there on June 10, 2025!
We lived at this hotel while on our Camino. It is a nice clean hotel with very attentive staff who spoke English well. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only knock I have about this place is the fact that you need key card for the electricity to work. Consequently, the room was uncomfortably warm when we got there and it took hours before the temperature got to be bearable.
This is a hotel you will always like to come back to. The reception is very friendly, the rooms are tidy and in the evening they like to serve you a good beer after a stressful day. Parking your car in the vicinity is an adventure, but the hotel offers a discount on a nearby parking garage.
The customer service in this hotel is outstanding and makes me want to return. The hotel itself is dated but not as a major drawback, and it is well priced that this is not an issue. Central location. Highly recommended.
