We lived at this hotel while on our Camino. It is a nice clean hotel with very attentive staff who spoke English well. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The only knock I have about this place is the fact that you need key card for the electricity to work. Consequently, the room was uncomfortably warm when we got there and it took hours before the temperature got to be bearable.

This is a hotel you will always like to come back to. The reception is very friendly, the rooms are tidy and in the evening they like to serve you a good beer after a stressful day. Parking your car in the vicinity is an adventure, but the hotel offers a discount on a nearby parking garage.
The customer service in this hotel is outstanding and makes me want to return. The hotel itself is dated but not as a major drawback, and it is well priced that this is not an issue. Central location. Highly recommended.
Very cool hotel indeed! Professional service with comfy and inviting bar/lounge with an overall cosy and very clean feeling. The staff was very welcoming and available to help with tips about the city and tourist information. The location is a plus!
