This hotel is well placed in a great location. If you check Google maps there is a whole area of clubs and bars within a two minute walk just slightly down the hill. You can walk to the old town down a long gentle slope in around 15minutes, plus you have one of the main bus/train stations next door which is also covered by a mall, and an elevator down to sea level. There is rd works outside that does start very early(which isn't their fault) but the double glazing can't fix this noise. But the hotel is clean, it has solid water pressure. I would recommend getting a tv that has some channels not completely in Spanish.
The location of Hotel Panton is amazing - it is only a short walk of 4 minutes to Vigo-Urzáiz train station and the main train station and a 20-minute walk to Vigo Guixar train station. The main shopping street and the old town is a short walk away also. The hotel itself was wonderfully clean. The rooms are a lovely size and our beds were made everyday. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend a stay here to others. We can't wait to come back.
We came on a busy weekend! and for the price of a cheap hostel we found this sweet spot. Ac room on a very hot weekend was brilliant :)
A conveniently located hotel that is bike friendly. You can store them in their garage. Our room was small, but adequate. The staff was incredibly friendly. Good value close to town center.
This is a 2 star hotel with a very good rate! Located right on the main street that takes you to the Cathedral and close to different attractions, restaurants and train station. Cozy, comfortable and very helpful staff. The clerk was our main point of contact at the hotel since he was working at the reception and make our stay at Panton Hotel very pleasant. Buffett breakfast was included with an orange juice machine that makes your juice fresh daily. Our room was on the 4th floor clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for a morning stroll and very close to everything. Remember reviews are very subjective and only reflect the way of traveling of the person who stayed at the place reviewed. I been traveling for more than 50 years and visited the 5 continents and over 40 countries. So, you can take my review as a good one.
