Nicol the receptionist was very gracious and kind. Made extra effort to help me with a misunderstanding with my booking. Though the AC at first it works, then it is overiden by Hotel Mgt or Staff and your room will just be no AC and only the heater works. So there you go open your window and cold air comes in along with the vehicle noise. Beautiful room, toilet and bathroom though.
I stayed here one night for business. It is a very nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. Everything is very clean and tidy, the front desk staff are friendly and speak good English. The room, the bed and the bathroom were all very spacious. I think that parking cost €11 per night. I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on that.
This review is well overdue. We stayed here from the 21 to 28 Oct 2024. The hotel is well placed for exploring Vigo which is an amazing city. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. Restaurant and food excellent, but by far the staff are amazing and helpful. Unfortunately during our visit we both became very unwell after eating oysters. Nothing wrong with the oysters just our bodies didn't seem to like them. The hotel staff were so kind and understanding especially a waiter called Salvador. I couldn't eat anything for 3 days but he made sure that I drank something called Aquias which replaces minerals etc. He certainly went the extra mile. We will be returning to Vigo again this year and will certainly stay at this hotel.
This is a great hotel. Location is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The staff are great and the price is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family or a couple trip. Not far from the city centre. Parking is available on the street or pay to use the underground. Thank you for a great stay.
Not far from the Camino. From reception to the staff at the bar, we continually were given top notch service that went way beyond expectations. Especially Salvador and his staff! Rooms are exceptionally clean and new. Bar lobby is relaxing.
