Location is great with easy walking distance to the train station and also many bars and tapas options nearby. Staff were excellent and catered to a couple of our requests, such as a second chair in the room, with no fuss. The included breakfast had lots of options from European to western staples which was appreciated. The suite was roomy and the bed was quite comfortable although the room was let down by the lack of a couch or seating for more than one. There is a huge bath in the living space but a couch would be much more welcome given the room had quite a good view out over the water. There is a bit of noise such as footsteps, furniture being moved, toilet flushing etc coming through from the apartment above which woke us up from time to time. I also spotted a couple of cockroach’s in the breakfast dining room. This might have been a one off or a seasonal issue, no doubt they will be on top of it.
Spacious room,fridge,digital safe, clean bathroom and friendly staff.Only downside mattress not comfortable for me.Great location less than 10 mins walk to Vialia Vigo and train station.Lots of other shops and food places closeby.Roof top amazing view. Bus stop is 2mins walk from the hotel. Took a bus to Vigo Airport on a Sunday (check timetable as restricted bus services).

Comfortable and clean 4* hotel less than 5 mins walk from Urzáiz train station. View from upper floors over the Ría de Vigo incredible. Staff friendly and accommodating with storage of luggage for a few hours after check-out. Restaurant was quiet when we visited for dinner one night. Menu was restricted but food was acceptable.
Central hotel, very well located, the staff is extremely nice and professional, the rooms are quite large and we had a wonderful view from our room from the balcony. Thank you !
