Very nice hotel and close to the city center. Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large enough.
We were in a small triple with no view. The beds were comfortable. Continental Breakfast has a decent selection of cold and hot food. Coffee could be better.
Our two nights at Sercotel Tres Luces were decent. The rooms were clean and the lobby offered a spacious, inviting atmosphere. However, as pilgrims, we felt the hotel could be more accommodating. A seemingly simple request, like an electric kettle in the room, wasn't readily available. Hot water is essential for us, and the only solution offered was getting it from the restaurant, which surprisingly charged for it. We attempted to reach the manager to discuss this, but it seemed there were higher priorities. While the hotel was okay, I wouldn't readily recommend it to fellow pilgrims. Just being honest.
Everything was great, but especially the staff, how wonderful they all were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a special thank you to the girl who worked the night shift at the restaurant, she was really kind, Obrigado!
This hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Staff is good. My one complaint is when I entered my room there was hair on the duvet, pillow, and even underneath the duvet on the sheets. Clearly they hadn’t been changed. I found the housekeeper who changed them when I asked, but gross.
