After a long day on the Camino de Portuguese, Hotel Meira was a welcome sight. Perfect for pilgrims, it offered all the amenities we craved. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food? Delicious! Our tired legs were grateful for such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Hotel Meira to any fellow Camino hikers.

This hotel is very close to the seafood and the town centre. I arrived early and they asked me to have lunch and then check in. It was great advice as I had a great lunch, the first in four days of walking, then checked in when my bag had arrived. The room was decent. As a four star hotel I had a bidet, a stocked refrigerador and nice soap in the bathroom. It would have been nice if they would have left a bottle of water in the room. The breakfast was good, great coffee and hot items on the buffet. I recall the baked beans were especially good. I think overall a nice hotel and service.

Great place with fantastic service! The rooms are large and very clean. The whole place has the feeling of an old established well maintained hotel with everything that's needed. I'd give 6 stars for the service alone if I could, Vanessa in the reception made our stay there very memorable. An outstanding eye for customer service!

The place is on the way to pilgrims. very cosy and rooms are clean. Swimpool is very nice to have after a long walk. The ocean beach is nearby - one street downstear. Upd 27.10.2024 no swimpool
