Not a 4 star hotel. It's a 3 star hotel max. It's a quite old establishment. Overpriced for what it offers, perhaps because the competition is low in the area. Does not provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms making it absolutely unacceptable when you can buy a 1L bottle of mineral water for 20 cents in the supermarket. Allows dogs to go to the pool which is completely unsanitary and disgusting. Thankfully I've only stayed 1 night.
Clean, tidy, modern inside. If you are stopping for the one night book tour massage in advance, pack your costume as the sauna and steam room are great. Pool area is lovely, sunny and well shaded from wind with a clean unheated pool. Rooms are spacious, clean and uncluttered. Breakfast contained an excellent selection.
Highly recommended hotel, very comfy , nice pool, super friendly staff, we almost felt at home!Originally we only planned to stay 1 night on our way back from the Caminho. We felt so comfy that we decided to stay longer ;-) and also visited Quinta da Quinhas- a very lovely place. Muito obrigada We will defintivly come again❤️
Great location, very friendly staff. Stayed one night doing the Camino in room 225. Terrible noise from some kind of unit in ceiling which continuously came on and off during the night. I was eventually moved to another floor at midnight. This seems to be a constant complaint but unfortunately the hotel seems to ignore as most gusts staying only one night. If you want a good nights sleep-avoid this hotel
