5 / 5 Great stay overall. Can highly recommend for pilgrims and those looking for a private room…
Lovely welcome - sweet lady behind the desk was so warm and friendly.
Dorm is very clean and to a high standard (disposable sheets provided), good ventilation with large windows, charging ports and shelf on each bed. Very comfy mattress. Good nights sleep. Do recommend sleep mask. Everything seemed brand new.
Lovely bathroom with fold out seat in each shower and hooks for hanging. Very hot water - even late at night! The private rooms look amazing on the upper floors that open onto the terraces. The communal area is very modern and inviting (on the upper floor with a great view) - with photos and historic information on Muxia on display. Clothes lines also for drying available. Very nice spacious kitchen.
Good wifi. Fun postcards and merchandise for sale.
Very close to local stores and restaurants plus the must see church and mountain top lookout over the town.
Overall very modern and well run hostel. Highly recommend 10/10.
5 / 5 This was my favorite town AND albergue on the Camino, for so many reasons. The people who work here and run this place, honestly, they treat you like family. So much authentic love and kindness. Beds very comfortable. Place is well kept and super clean. Kitchen is huge with everything you need. Spacious. Perfect location in town.
5 / 5 This albergue really deserves 5 stars. Spacious, recent building with very good facilites, although large dormitories plenty of space and well organised. Well located and the staff friendly, helpful and very kind. Also free home made soup offered with bread (never seen that before) Danielle Raul
5 / 5 They have really good option for private rooms. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. The Albergue has nice views and cozy places to stay together. The staff is really helpful and Celia was really nice with us!
5 / 5 BELLISSIMA MUXIA. The Albergue is modern, extremely well-located. What makes the difference is the staff. As sweet as can be. The hospitalera, Celia, is the warmest person imaginable. She brings free dinner every night for those who wish it, be is soup curry, pasta, every day a new dish, for no added price. When I came back a second time, she hugged me about 3 times, and said that the most important thing is for people to feel part of the family, because they are. Walls of brick, foundations of love. AMAZING.
