Super clean, modern and very cheap. Perfect for pilgrims. We had a small private bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Towels included. Located at the center of the city

A very good place to stay overnight whilst on the Camino. The double room was bright and very clean. Across the road is an excellent tapas bar, La Goleta. Recommended

I booked a bed at Nautico Vigo through Hostelworld, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. The room was extremely dirty — there were hairs on the bedding, food leftovers in the lockers, blanket on the floor, broken flooring, a window that wouldn’t close, and the door lock the could hardly be closed/open. I asked for another room, but it was also unclean (hairs on the bedding). The staff refused a refund, saying they couldn’t issue one because of Hostelworld’s commission and offered only a different bed in the same unsanitary conditions. The photos on the booking site did not reflect the reality of the place at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone looking for basic cleanliness or comfort. At the end I ended up leaving to another place without my money.

Not helpful at all when I had a family issue arise and could not make the dates. Did not want to change dates even when I was willing to pay the extra fee to change. Plenty of spots still open both dates so I don’t understand the issue.
