Good hotel, modern clean rooms, parking outside. Restaurant not open in the evening and not much within walking distance

Good 4* hotel, outside the Pamplona city but well connected by bus. Breakfast is ok but a bit expensive. The main issue was very bad soundproofing, you can hear people talking in the room next to you pretty clear.

The hotel and staff are very friendly. Indeed client oriented. I had some problems with my room in the middle of the night and everything was solved in 15 minutes with a new room. And an official in writing from the front desk came the next day. Breakfast is great and the sound is amazingly calm and relaxing, there are 2 -3 spots to have dinner at good prices. In the end it is a good spot to rest after a working day.

Excellent. Very comfortable beds, great location, close to the bus station. Staff is very friendly.

Good quality/value. The rooms need some care (infiltrations close to windows). The breakfast is good and the waiters are nice.
