A truly great place! As soon as we went inside we could smell the cleanliness in the air. Comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, and a host who really cares. There was one issue with the water not getting hot, but Pedro investigated it immediately and fixed it quickly. By far our best municipal albergue experience so far!

Basic albergue for 10 eur/night. Showers works, beds are ok and disposable sheets are provided. But in kitchen all pots and frying pan are ruined (unhealthy to cook in), bathrooms lacks basic handsoap and on some walls mould can be found.

Whether walking the Hospitales route or the other (which was my case), this place was a welcome stay, especially for those who don't want to book a place in advance like myself. For €10 (as of 25 May 2026), I'm grateful that there is a decent albergue to prepare for the next leg of the pilgrimage. There is a little kiosk/bar and another restaurant a stone's throw away. Considering Pedro takes care of everything singlehandedly, he's doing a great job. Thank you 👍

As an municipal Albergue, it was okey. The kitchen has oven, macrowave, some plates, pans and glasses. There os a supermarket nearby, so you can buy whatever you want and cook your food. But if you r not a person who is okey at sleeping in a 10-bed room, with people snoring or getting up and making noises looking things in their backpack, choose the private ones. I had to leave the bedroom and sleep on the sofa in the hall, because of a man who was snoring so loudly that almost no one could sleep that night. But in General, these places are nice.

Fully renovated municipal Alberge, feels fresh and clean. Excellent showers and water pressure. Host is friendly, unfortunately for me no English. No cattle in the kitchen, but there is a microwave or just boil water on the stove in a pan ;)
