OK place to stay check-in was slow with rooms 8 beds, again showers/toilets need a bit of TLC but ok good location on entering the village and kitchen facilities including oven/cooktop and microwave, but no kettle...

Stayed in the albergue. If you arrive early you may be placed in a room with only 2 or 3 beds, which is not bad for 7 euros. They like to ring their bells but mercifully rest between 10.30 and 7.00. But avoid at all costs the museum unless you like plastic models of baby Jesus.
Great place for Catholic worship. They have mass quite often but don't know exactly when and what time as I was travelling through and saw the mass being held.
A serene place for pilgrims and tourists. Close to the town square, bars and shops. There's a museum attached to the place as well as ensuite rooms and Albergue accommodation.
This is an albergue, the Spanish name for a hostel, so it's a very basic shelter with bunk beds in large dormitories. The individual space is limited and the bathrooms are shared. This said, all is clean and the other guests are mostly pilgrims of the Camino de Santiago, so everyone is just seeking to rest and then go ahead and there isn't any problem. There is also the possibility to wash one's clothes, either by hand or with a washing machine. The reception is a bit rough, with a systematic repetition of all the house rules and little willingness to answer other questions. However, the overall organization is good. Normal prices. No dinner or breakfast is available inside the albergue. It is believed that Saint Francis of Assisi took shelter within these walls.
