Great location, near hundreds of bars/restaurants and between both beach areas in Donostia/San Sebastian. Room was good, shared bathroom was clean and there aren't that many rooms sharing the 3 available bathrooms so they weren't crowded. Garage parking in the area is $30/night but no getting around that.

Small boarding house in the old Town of San Seb. Great location, right next to the best restaurant in town (San Telmo). Old fashioned, beds a little soft, but clean and relatively quiet. Great for an overnight stay.
Great location, very close to Constitucion Plaza. Rooms were adequate, with shared bathrooms which were kept clean. Floors in the room we had could do with a vacuum.
Room fine for the price of this place y recommend to stay in a hotel. Clean was nornal attention lile they make a favour of staying there. I strongly recommend for travellers to go to other place.
