Comfortable place, hot showers, excellent food prepared by the hospitalero Marco. Goats in the yard and positive energy emanating from the kitchen through the whole building. Overall delicious albergue

Cold, unheated building. No food available today. Dryer is broken. Wifi isn't strong enough to reach the dorm room. Only 1 person working here. Music and Television so loud and at the same time, and cold in the dining/ lounge area, and the 1 person working was smoking cigarettes in the open side door..., that we could only tolerate being there for a short time. At least the water was hot in the poorly maintained showers and restroom. Did not get sheets or a pillow case. Tile floors are dangerously slippery.
Had such a nice stay. Super clean and big bathrooms. We had community lunch with the host which was super nice! Truely recommend this hostel. And there are super cute mini goats :)
No HEAT!!! Host was fine. Very few travellers. Clean but cold. Basic beds. First place as you enter the town. More central would have been nice.
Easily the worst place we stayed so far. HOSPITALITY: none. The main room which includes dining and bar (and probably more) was always locked. COURTESY: absent. Upon arrival the door was barely opened. Entry and departure only through the departure door. Only access was to the sleeping area. AMENITY: no heating. The building was extremely cold. Some beds had no blankets. Needed as night temperatures were around 3°C. TOILETS: most had no seats, many others were broken. SOAP DISPENSERS: There were soap dispensers above every basin, but none had any soap. Just to make it look good. SHOWERS: excellent. WIFI: ok. ROOM: it is very likely that our room did NOT comply with the Spanish Building Code. The space between the bunk beds was less than a man's chest width, making passing impossible. Very dangerous in an emergency. POWER POINTS: There is a battery of 15 power points on one circuit right near the entry door. Ideal for thieves to steal (like apparently just happened in Estella!). RECOMMENDATION: Avoid like the plague!
