I stayed at this hotel while walking the Camino de Santiago, and it offers many comforts that are very welcome after a long day. The location is ideal – right on the Camino. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and even an elevator, which is great for tired pilgrims. It’s generally quiet inside, and having a restaurant directly in the hotel is a convenient bonus. However, there were several downsides. Although the room had windows, I couldn’t open them because people were smoking directly below, and the smell would drift in. The hotel is also located right next to a gas station where trucks, buses, and campers regularly stop for the restaurant – so if the windows are open, it can get quite noisy. The reception was not staffed at all times, and I had to wait quite a while to check in. When the receptionist did arrive, she was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Additionally, I was unable to receive an invoice at check-out because the printer was broken – and even after asking, I was told it couldn’t be provided. Overall, the hotel has strong points in terms of comfort and amenities, but the service experience and external noise issues left a mixed impression.

Warm rooms. Good to stay if on the Camino or waiting for the bus to Madrid.

A reasonable price. A warm room. I really took a good rest. There was a bathtub. I can buy food at any time at the restaurant on the 1 floor. It was a good resting place I met during the pilgrimage.

I have been going to this restaurant since maybe 20 years. It used to be top top, 5/5 cheap and really good quality. Unfortunately things have changed, it's still not too expensive, but quality of the food has decreased enormously. Last time I took callos and they were too runny, and churrasco, where the meat pieces were more bone than meat.
