Nice room all to myself. Standard breakfast included nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. No privacy in shower room. More like a school shower. No laundry washing.

First the good: 1. The reception clerks were super friendly and accommodating. 2. The location is great, right next to the river and just 1km from the center. Then the bad: 1. The rooms are degraded enough, especially the beds that creak even when you just blink and there's no ceiling lights, just some small lamps! 2. Bring mosquito repellent or those electric mosquito insecticide things or they will suck you dry! The rest is OK or good enough.

Solid hostel. Massive, and feels a bit anonymous for it. I went in mid-Feb, so was pretty quiet - added to it's empty feel. Kitchen decent, breakfast as expected for price range. Bedrooms clean with great views, but beds very noisy. Staff very helpful on advice for beaches to the north. Bathrooms clean and showers decent.

Stayed overnight when doing camino. Not many pilgrims there so not much craic. Functional beds , kitchen and living space. Breakfast was all included for 14e do can't complain. However I booked it as I thought it had washing / drying facilities. I was told it did not on arrival, so smelly damp clothes on the next day again. I was walking in October in a never ending storm so no option to dry clothes outside. Staff were great 👍 though

Good location, river front, to the right of the Camino, about 200m, after crossing the bridge. Although not in the historical center, it’s a great option if you’re not pressed by time (check-in at 4pm, breakfast starts at 8am). Cristela and Vitor are most welcoming and helpful, breakfast (included) is buffet-style but there is also a (basic) kitchen if you want to cook your meals. I would stay again and recommend.
