Courtyard is nice, beds are comfortable but the number of beds to toilets and showers is far too many. Guests can come and go as they please so I was awaken by new drunk guests arriving and talking loudly, knocking around the place and slamming doors at 12am until 2am, unlike other albergues where a 10pm cut off is enforced/ respected. Again, when compared to other albergues, kitchen is very poorly equipped.

Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms have hot water and the glass panel allows you to see original stone. It’s all very beautiful. The garden inside of the courtyard is gorgeous too
We were there in our Santiago's Camino on mid March. It felt cold and humid inside. The heater was started around 10 pm after calling the person in charge. They offer towels and laundry services at extra charge. The place was clean, mattress was ok. Our experiences was not as comfortable as people description. Although, I have to say that I did not find any bedbugs, May be is because of the season.
Everything is nice (the bed, bathroom, washing facilities and kitchen) A massive drawback is that there are bed bugs, it bites everywhere on my neck, shoulders, arms and legs. I had to go to wash and tumble dry all my clothes to avoid hidden bed bugs and eggs.
The woman at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful! The architecture is beautiful and the location is great, in a part of Tui with lots of restaurants and beautiful streets. Gorgeous courtyard! However, the room was incredibly hot and crowded, and the beds are far from comfortable. We barely slept and heard the same from everyone there that night. Shower was also broken. (remember to bring your own towel!) Overall not bad value for money but wouldn’t be my first choice.
