Arriving to the hotel was difficult and staff could provide better instructions to customers. The room and bathroom are small with a comfortable bed. TV too small. The location is fantastic, and offer great pools for lap swimming. Drinks are overpriced and poorly served. Staff was cordial but a bit inexperienced.
This was a fantastic hotel. When we checked in with Ida at the reception, she was so informative and warm and gave us such great recommendations. She was wonderful! Loved the hotel spa and gym was adjacent and has privileges for the hotel. The location is perfect.
Nice hotel, bed was to hard and the pillows were not supportive at all. Some items in the bathroom were worn down and cracked. View and location are great. breakfast buffet was very good. Check out was very slow and definitely can improve.
Very nice stay. Comfortable room. Great location but it was off-season so the area was calm and perfect to explore the city. In summer I imagine a lot more chaos with the port nearby. Wonderful hotel for morning walks out to the peninsula.
The NH collection in A Coruna , Galicia Spain was fantastic. Hotel service was excellent from the time we checked in to the time we left the service was fantastic. A must stay at this hotel location is perfect and close to everything.
