They're unreliable. I spoke with Beatriz to ask about the house. She quoted me a price €200 higher than the one on Booking.com, and I told her. A few days later, I made the reservation through Booking.com since I hadn't received a response from her. When she saw the reservation, she wrote to me offering me the cheaper house and asking me to cancel the Booking.com reservation. So, I did what she said. She was supposed to have reserved the house for us as soon as I made the reservation, but it seemed strange that she didn't ask for a deposit or any of our information. My suspicions were confirmed when, a few hours later, she told me there had been a problem and she had to cancel the reservation. What people will do to make more money! They're unbelievable! I wouldn't take it even if it were free! She's ruining our vacation just to make more money.
We stayed for 15 days in the second half of August. The house is very spacious, pleasant, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet village and very well-located for exploring Cantabria. Beatriz was very attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended
