My daughter went to Viajes Halcón in Zarautz with an inquiry about a gift card & was treated very rudely by the clerk. This clerk was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. The two co workers stayed mute & did nothing to assist a bad situation. They did not even help my daughter as she struggled to exit the store with her baby in the stroller. I would never patronize a place that has no idea about how to treat people.
The staff were literal angels
I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. My wife went in asking for information about a gift card and left crying. The employees there belittled her and treated her very badly. I would advise these employees to speak to their potential clients the way they would like to be spoken to.
Unprofessional. You ask for a price, and they forget to give it to you because they're so busy. Shameful.
