Great place to stay! The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Our room on the top floor was impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable, the shower hot. The room was too warm when we first arrived (on a Wednesday in mid June) but the air conditioner cooled it down quickly and we slept well. The air conditioner is very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from outdoors. I would be happy to stay here again!
Good hotel with relatively new rooms and all communal areas in good condition, a far cry from the previous old Hotel here. Mary Anne in reception has a bright future and dealt well with all our inquiries. The restaurant wasn't open during the visit but the breakfast was great with polite, friendly service from José. The bed was comfortable so I had a good night's sleep. The shower worked perfectly. I wouldn't recommend you open the window at night at the weekend as you can hear all the street noise but the window insulation is good. Overall I would return and I'm generally pleased with the standard of Oca hotel's, a Galician hotel chain.
Rooms were basic, but clean. No air conditioning so they are very hot on warm days. And there was an odd smell in the lobby and room. But service was great (switched my room to cooler side of building upon request), breakfast was very good, and location was great - right in the center of town across from the bus station.
Clean, new rooms with everything you need. Big bed. Great shower and even a tea kettle. Staff was very nice too. Great location opposite the bus stop. Only drawback: no air con, rooms can get quite warm.
A great option for bicigrinos. They have a secure storage with tools and a floor pump. The room was clean and spacious and conveniently located near the Camino. The breakfast was adequate. The TV had a pre set volume control that was a bit soft for our taste. The room had a refrigerator and great AC. It was a quiet night on the fourth floor. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
