I loved everything about the hotel. However the reason I’m giving 4 stars is the 20€ fee / day for the parking. Really feel like this could be included if I’m already paying 160€ for a room
No coffee in rooms, suite did not describe that it would accommodate three people, when we arrived they would not give us the upgrade since they claimed they were full. Room was very tight for 3 people but it was ok, bed was comfortable. Only 2 drinking cups were set up, along with only the free water bottles. If you set up the rooms for three, why only 2 cups or 2 waters?
Our experience here was amazing. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms were super clean and the lobby area was an amazing place to chill on our last day!
Good location, staff very pleasant. Our 2 rooms were very clean and modern but tiny, as other reviewer mentioned (not enough room to have an open suitcase between the bed and any wall). Room service did not replace tea/ mugs. Breakfast selection nice and tasty (but poor cereals selection and horrible sweet cappuccino and "orange juice")
