One of the greatest alburgues on the trail. The beds are comfy and the staff are wonderful. The energy was almost as good as the shower pressure. There's a breakfast buffet right across that has really good food and service too!

Bedbugs! Absolute nightmare! I had seen the bad review for bedbugs from last year and so I asked the German guy and American girl about it and they straight up lied to my face and said it wasn’t an issue now…. Well I woke up at 12:30 am and the room was crawling with bedbugs!!! They completely lied to my face. I then evacuated the room at 1:00 am and had to walk at night up the mountain. Now, I’m waiting for the bites to show up as from what I read they show up a day or two later. I will have to throw out my backpack most likely. I went 26 days without bedbugs until this place. Stay away unless you want to see what bedbugs look like and feel like! Creepy, nasty and disgusting. I needed to edit the review. The response says that in past comments I wrote about bedbugs. That is absolutely not true. These people live to lie. It’s trying to imply that I brought them. There were hundreds of them, an infestation not just one or two hitch-hikers . Im 100 percent sure this place knows very well about them. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered bedbugs in the 70 countries I’ve visited, and I invite anyone to search my history to see if I’ve written about it before.

Before staying here I saw some negative reviews about bedbugs, but as far as I could tell the albergue was extremely cleanly and well kept- the staff was also fantastic and able to communicate in multiple languages. I would highly recommend getting the vegetarian dinner they offer, the family style feel is awesome and exactly what I look for in my accommodation while on the Camino. All and all a great experience.

Beautifull home - feeling albergue in a cute little village on Camino.🌼 It was exactly what I needed in a moment. Surrounded by nature, hills, fields with cows and refreshing river right in front of albergue! Peacefull environment, chill and cozy albergue with a lot of instruments free to play, a lot of books to read if you want to relax , and also group games to have fun after dinner. The owner is very funny and heartful woman and volunteers were very warm and welcoming as well - making you feel like at home and relaxed. Dinner was delicious, specially the warm creamy vegetable soup - exactly what you appriciate after a long walk. Rooms were very clean, the rest of the albergue too - with many nice decorative details which also adds to the feeling of home . All in all - great experience. Thank you 💚
