Wow!!! hotel next to the beach great restaurant, the food was amazing fresh calamar also tender crispy chicken view was of the beach. Great staff the bedrooms are refurbished with a walkin shower. Great stay
I had a wonderful experience here. After walking over 20km on the Inglés Route, it was so wonderful to arrive to a nice, clean, well-kept hotel. The employee managing the front-desk, I believe his name was Fernando, was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay after a long day of walking.
A lovely near beach front hotel in Mino. Modern and well sized rooms. A superb terrace area for breakfast or meals with an indoor restaurant for after 8pm. Resident buffet breakfast is good value.
This hotel is wonderful and deserves more than 2 stars. The room was spotless & warm, the bed was comfortable with good pillows, the bathroom was lovely with a great shower. We found the staff really friendly and helpful, the bar food was excellent .it is a short walk to the beach .we had a really enjoyable 3 night stay, well done , it was great.
Worst service I experienced so far, and I travel constantly thru the year. “Lady” at register ignored me for 5 minutes even though I was the only customer. When I asked if I can see the room she threw the fit and rushed me (literally on the run) to see the room, (room was ok. 3 star) and before I had any chance to say anything she offered to cancel my reservation with no charge as she assumed I was not ecstatic. I got impression I was not welcomed, so agreed. Bottom line she canceled reservation.
