Great value hotel—clean rooms and well-located. Staff was very nice and accommodating despite the fact that I didn’t arrive until 1 am due to travel delays. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for basic accommodations.

This hotel is the reason why I got to love Portugal. I forgot to take my retainers and left them in the bathroom. But housekeepers found them and they kept them just in case even after I checked out. After I arrived in Germany, I realized that I left my retainers in the hotel so I sent them an email if it’s possible to send my retainers from portugal to Germany and they said they would do that. I know it’s such a hassle for them but they are just so so nice. And also the price for this hotel is affordable but the facilities are very nice and clean. Expecially the bathroom, it was just so so clean. I really really recommend this hotel to budget travellers and I will 100% come back!!! 👍❤️

Everything was great. The hotel staff are super friendly. Good value for money and amazing views. You can leave also your luggage while visiting the city.

Great price for a great hotel. Saw some negative comments but we had a very comfortable stay and the room has everything you need. If you want luxury then pay luxury price… not sure why people have so much complaints. Reception ladies are lovely!! Super cute garden in the back. It is central to everything.

I'd like to start my review by acknowledging that I was somewhat inattentive when booking this hotel. It can be challenging to know what to look for when you're unfamiliar with a place. After considering several options, I believe I made a mistake with my choice. When booking this hotel, it's crucial to pay attention to the room size and the view. Rooms with a city or garden view have windows or even a balcony, while rooms without a view are on the top floor and only have a small window in the ceiling. Additionally, there's no elevator in the hotel, making it difficult for many guests to reach their rooms, especially with luggage. I strongly advise against taking the breakfast option. The food was very poor, and the coffee was tasteless. For 7-10 euros, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes. I particularly recommend walking a bit to Hakko Cafe, which offers excellent breakfasts. On the positive side, the room and shower were clean, with daily housekeeping. The air conditioning was effective, and the hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of all the beautiful places in Porto.
