My ranking is 3.5. This hotel was in a stunning location in Finnistara. It was billed as upmarket and due to the location and lovely breakfast and the attentive young lady who served it - it certainly was. However, it was a little shabby and run down. Our shower had some small tiles mossing, the sofa in the foyer was worn and ripped. We didn't try the spa so I cant comment on that. With a bit of care and an update it could be a 5. Sadly not on this visit.
Beautiful oasis perfectly located, quite and modern necessities especially the wellness spa area! Tidy clean room in front of a spectacular see view terrace..! they have own lounge restaurant just on the side with locally produced meals and amazing cocktails, fantastic during sunset..without to mention the lovely staff, we spent perfect time in here, highly recommended, will be back!
Perfect location to treat yourself after the Camino. Super friendly staff. Nice, neat and clean rooms. Phantastic view from the balcony, the Bar or the lounge to the beach. Just sit down, have a good meal or drink and enjoy the sunset. The Spa area is nice and clean as well. I can truly recommend the hotel.
Room was clean. Shower had good water but have to be careful with sprayer as it will spay between cracks in door. Extra towel would have been helpful for floor. Service was wonderful and restraunt next door has a really good pulled pork. Enjoyed the sound of waves on water.
Gem of a hotel and the perfect spot to relax. I enjoyed a few nights there at the end of walking the Camino de Santiago from France. Because I was there in the off-season, the hotel was even more quiet and relaxing. I was able to make use of the hotel bicycles to explore the surrounding area, walked down to the nearby beach, enjoyed an ocean view from my room, had a delicious breakfast downstairs each morning, and otherwise enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very comfortable and the staff took great care of me. Although I did not use it, there is a well-appointed spa area downstairs, as well. Will definitely be back!
