Amazing hotel in A Coruña is far above usual DoubleTree, the rooms are modern and well maintained, the hotel is impeccable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed there for business that I would return for a vacation. The only thing that I didn’t like the were some flies in the breakfast restaurant In general terms great place to stay
Excellent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton A Coruña. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Combined with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly, professional staff, this hotel is highly recommended. I would gladly return.
This is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms and public areas are beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is central.
Probably the best hotel in town with an ideal location. Google has it as 'top rated' and rightfully so. Check in was easy. We got upgraded to a King Studio Suite due to my Diamond status. The best part were the warm and yummy cookies handed to us after check in. The hotel is a mere 2 blocks from the ocean that has a beach promenade for nice walks along the Atlantic coast. Hang a left from the hotel exit the hotel and this will take you all the way to marina in about 8 minutes. This route is lined with local shops, restaurant, a church and a local empanada store. For quick airport access, local buses stop at this other side where the marina is located. The Studio suite had a partial divider that delineates the bedroom from the living room which had a sofa, 2.cushy chairs and a small table. The curtains can be opened manually or with a button. Also outfitted with 2 large closets, safe, a frig, and coffee maker. Bathroom had elegant black and white marble tiles finish. A his and hers dual sink added functionality and luxurious touch. The rainfall shower was very relaxing. Breakfast was adequate with local entrees like tortilla, eggs, chorizo, and bacon. There were multiple selection of breads, cereal, muesli, regular milk to include soy milk. The dining area also had a patio section that can hold a lot of diners. This DT is an excellent property and also complemented by an equally superb staff.
Feels like a quiet, well-run refuge a few steps from the ocean air. Check in is fast, warm, and very human. Room is clean, modern, and comfortable in a way that feels intentional instead of generic. Soft bedding, good shower pressure, proper blackout, everything exactly where it should be. Breakfast is the kind you actually look forward to in the morning, not just something to get through. It works for business travel, but it also feels personal, which is rare.
