Let the worn out exterior not mislead you. Inside, the hotel is great. It’s clean, warm in late November, the sheets are neat, and the room is just spacious enough. I miss a kettle, microwave or any other way to boil water.

Walked in to be greeted by a very kind and friendly young man. When I got to my single, private room I smelled an odd smell that could have been from the room not being used for awhile (due to Covid I thought). I went down and told the young man who immediately gave me a larger room at no extra cost. He also told me if anything else was wrong not to hesitate to let him know. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and a good night’s sleep. Really good coffee in the morning!

After a hard morning walking in and then out of Leon I stopped here for a super lunch. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.

Coffee and tortilla or pincho of jamón for 1.30 at breakfast time. Recomended. Its been a surprise.
