Horrible customer service. Our flight was cancelled due to an airport security risk evacuation and the property would not accommodate us by moving the check in dates or by providing any sort of recognition. We tried to contact the property as soon as it happened and they wouldn’t answer the phone or any messages until a day after what should have been our departing date. We were robbed of over €300.

The hotel is old and a bit smelly 🫢 Rooms are very old fashioned an really small. You barely have place to put your luggage. Unfortunately shower is also so tiny, that it’s a bit difficult to take a shower. During our stay also rollerblinds were broken and nobody repaired it. Location is ok - close by the beach and some restaurants, but to the old town is like 25 minutes walk. Not sure if I can recommend this place 🫣
Good rooms and cleanliness. Good location near the beach where you can go surfing (Zurriola), however, it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the old town! No air conditioning and the rooms are on the ground floor, facing a busy street, so can be a bit noisy in the evening and in the mornings.
Spacious room with clean bathroom. Shower a bit on the tiny side. Rooms are on the street side so could be noisy at night. Is avarage priced accommodation. Beach towels are available! Very near to a perfect surfing beach. No breakfast available but there are plenty places nearby where you can find desayunos.
This place is very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The only challenge was our inability to get wifi. It said "connected", but there was no internet access.
