We went in a campervan and used the Road Surfer platform to book the spot. Everything was impeccable, from the friendliness and reception at the hotel to the access to the shower and bathroom. The area around the hotel is very picturesque.

What a disappointing hotel... we had a Smartbox and chose this hotel because of the very positive reviews. The toilet brush was dirty, the toilet had no pressure in the cistern, and the TV was ridiculously small. I think the overall cleanliness needed to be checked, especially in the bathroom.

Wonderful service, impeccable cleanliness, and delicious breakfasts. Definitely recommended for a relaxing break from it all.

A perfect stay! We stayed for five days, and from the moment we arrived, the staff's service was impeccable: always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. The facilities were spotless; the cleanliness in the room and common areas was evident and constant. The room with views of the Picos de Europa mountains, in addition to being perfectly tidy and disinfected, was very comfortable, with a large, cozy bed that allowed us to rest as if we were at home. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and that I recommend to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service.
