Albergue Villares de Orbigo

A relaxing, peaceful vibe, just what we needed for the end of a long hot day of walking. The hammocks were worth it alone, plenty of shade. Very clean and friendly owner and staff. It's in a great location steps away from an equally great bar.

Feels like a boutique hotel, facilities are great. Very relaxing and host is very helpful. There is a restaurant directly across, and a market around the corner.

It's one of those places that stick in my memories of the camino ...for the best of reasons. Martinette is an excellent host. She was very hospitable, cooked us a lovely camino meal which we shared with two other 'pilgrims' (the soup was divine!) - the conversation was engaging with generous quantities of wine. The accommodation is a lovely old style farmhouse with a central courtyard. It has been sympathetically renovated and tastefully decorated. It was comfortable, very clean and pristine. I know you will be moving on, I wish you luck in your new ventures.

This is easily one of the best albergues I have lived in on the Camino. Super friendly hosts and hostesses, clean room & bathroom, nice dinner. Highly recommend!!

A very warm and friendly welcome, a cozy, colourful place, warm showers and a good dinner! What more could a pilgrim wish for? Would 100% recommend staying here:)
