The setting is fantastic, with views of Lires beach, the river, and the granaries... Jaime, the host, was wonderful; he was very attentive and always available for anything. The house has everything you need for a very pleasant stay, from kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom amenities to a minibar, and even a collection of movies and music to help you disconnect from the world. Overall, a highly recommended, peaceful, and beautiful place—definitely worth returning to!
Our stay at Grumete Cottage couldn't have been better! In fact, it was our second time back. The cabin is made of wood, as are the beams in the ceilings, and there's plenty of grass. It has a large gate to keep your pet from escaping, a barbecue with everything you need, and a fully equipped kitchen with some welcome touches. It was very warm because Jaime had turned on the heating and dehumidifier before we even arrived. The house smelled wonderful, and the mattress was good quality. A magnificent stay, and Jaime's (the host's) hospitality was unbeatable. In short, 100% recommended! We will definitely be back!
Stunning views. Comfortable place with amazing sights to see in the area: Lires beach, Rostro beach, Fisterra, etc. The food nearby is excellent and the sunsets are spectacular. The hosts are very friendly.

Ideal for exploring the Costa da Norte with dogs, the owner is very helpful (if you need anything), and the location is good between Finisterre and Muxia.
