Central quiet location. Amazing service with kind efficient dedicated staff. Very comfortable clean room. The hotel is 10 minutes from the old town and from the buzzy areas with bars and restaurants. I’ll come back for sure! Thank you, Ale

It is a very clean environment, the room is well tidied, staffs are polite and approachable and their services are unique. I will recommend it for as many that want to visit Bilbao to come here they will love it.

Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Both Moyua and Abando metro stations are nearby. They also have a water machine in the hallway, which I find super nice. The staff is welcoming as well.

Ibis hotel, budget friendly and always reliable. It was only for one night and Ibis got everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage (€11 per night) available, but since we only parked our car for a brief moment just to unload our luggage, it was a free parking matter. The staff gave us a free ticket. What I liked: - the check-in lounge with friendly staff - large shower cabin - refill bottle for water - tea/coffee or even instant noodle cup making - hairdryer available - small bar available at the hotel check-in What I missed: - hooks at entrance door for coat hanging

Located in the centre of Bilbao, is a perfect solution to visit every part of the city. You can go on foot to the old town, market, funicular and Guggenheim. The service is friendly and very helpful.
